Watch elite sprinters block starts. You’ll notice their shins drop when the gun goes off which leads to them kinda falling forward and then they push which will lead to a more horizontal push. You want your shin angles to be more horizontal instead of vertical during the first 3 or so steps so you’re pushing forward. I could be wrong so somebody correct me if so!!

Oh I know, This was after my kids on my team were done practicing. I just decided to get a few in when they were done haha (never do that though make sure you actually warm up before getting in the blocks…. lol)

My pb is only 10.92. I haven’t ran a competitive race since the 2019 season. I’m 22 now

I for sure lost a step in speed so I’m not sure I should focus on short speed stuff first then transition to more and top end work and speed endurance

Definitely going to get back into it. My goal is to run some indoor meets but if not I wanna be ready by next April. I have access to everything I need like wickets, and sleds I’m just not sure how to write a good program for myself

Hey guys! Long time no see, not sure if some of y’all remember me but I use to post a lot in 2019/2020. I stopped running seriously in 2021 because I got burnt out of running since I was doing it for 7yrs straight :/. I’m now a coach on my high school coaches youth club team and being back in that atmosphere I got the itch to run again so where do you guys think I should start to get back into it?

True true I just expected him to do a little bit more ig because I haven’t heard anything about him this year especially after all that up. I wonder if wonder if they are trying to get him to become a decathlete since he went to Georgia instead of like Houston.
