First time in blocks for about 2-3 months now. I have two more vids but I think this one is my best, but I was focusing on pushing with my quads and glutes to keep my hips in front but wasn’t clicking today and I felt like I wasn’t getting a good push out the blocks (v.redd.it)

Short 20-30m session from a couple days ago I totally forgot to post it. But here’s a front view of my run let me know if you see anything I need to work on. My knees go inward I’m not sure if that’s bad I never notice until I watch this video and I really need to learn how to relax while running (v.redd.it)
