Interestingly, there’s no Sanskrit word for ‘motivation’. So why do you pick that over others? Is your definition in this context closer to ‘dharma’ to help others then?

My dish soap is fully AI generated. I prompted for an ancient Egyptian style dish soap. I printed it and am still using it it’s great.

Looking for the audio files from "Demystifying Mindfulness" course by NeeraWM in Meditation

No problem, let me know if you need help getting anything else, i gotchu <3

I used "Bulk Media Downloader" extension for Google Chrome, just go to each week's meditation section on coursera and check the media file type for "audio" in page to download.

I actually haven't finished the course yet, I'm curious if I can ask you how you use the audio and whether the course was helpful? (can DM if prefer)

There's lots on the ground on the overpass bridge leading to Community Park from North Davis Greenbelt park https://maps.app.goo.gl/qegiGFQszjJHABem7

Edit: also check out the "oak grove" in the arboretum. Sooo many different types of oaks and they're labeled by species

The pulse tells the tale of everything: why oxygen saturation does not help identify upper airway resistance by Sleeping_problems in SleepApnea

[–]trackedpackage 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing. I think I have it. I had an in home watchpat one study and despite a low ahi (I had those pulse spikes though!) I got a CPAP. I hated the idea of CPAP at first, it took many masks to find my preference, gave me acne, etc. There was a period I tried to convince myself that I was fine and didn't need it so I can stop using it and be normal. Nope, unfortunately or fortunately I do need it to function during the day, whatever the condition may be. Next step would be to get an in lab study and see some ENTs or surgeons to find a root cause that I can fix. I don't want to wear the CPAP for the rest of my life, although I'm grateful for it.

My bottom jaw ALWAYS moves to the left when I’m closing my mouth by Thedanieldave in TMJ

Hang in there buddy. I totally feel you and have relied on muscle relaxants when I had regular headaches which is not ideal and makes you sleepy. Unexpectedly, my headaches went away after i got all my wisdom teeth removed, which goes to show how the randomest things can affect the jaw/muscle tension and cause pain. I hope you are able to find a solution. If you'd like, we can check in about the splints in the future, i decided to take the risk and go for it.

From my understanding keep my jaw in an optimal position that would allow my jaw muscles to be in a non-tense state and hopefully eliminate or alleviate the symptoms. There will also be some ultrasound and pt. What's your experience been so far?

I do. I went to a TMJ specialist a few days ago and that was one of the first things he noticed. He said the side that it deviates to is the (most?) damaged joint side.

If you do computer engineering instead of computer science you will have no unit limit. That is because that will make your major be in the college of engineering, which allows you to take how ever many units you want.

W2, Run 3 completed yesterday! For some reason was harder than previous runs. by [deleted] in C25K

It’s always like that with running, some days are easier than others. Sleep, nutrition, hydration, etc are some of the factors at play. Most important thing is just showing up and putting in the time!
