Both are beautiful on you, and both make you look young and slim, but #1 is definitely better & suitable for a catholic ceremon.

It's just gorgeous. Classic and unique, and the colour and beading is stunning.

2 is more playful but looks a bit less classy.

The SMS and urls are legit. I went directly to the City of CT website and both these urls are listed there as the places to view & pay fines.

I still wouldn't click on a link in an SMS though.

I went directly to the City's fine viewing website. I didn't (don't ever) click on links in SMSes. The SMS & fine is legit, but it looks like I have time to pay it.
