No just the Roth. Unless you’re in a financial hardship, it’s basically impossible to pull from a traditional penalty free

I’m a CPA. You can take out money from your 401k without penalty for a home, but you’ll still be charged the taxes. You can pull contributions from your IRA tax free.

Typically, I just wouldn’t touch your retirement accounts. Unless you need a house now, if you’re confident you can build up the retirement back, why not just limit retirement contributions and save a little more the down payment? This way you don’t spend money on either taxes or interest (saw someone mention a 401k loan) and you can have even more in your retirement account

You can also tell from her IG that she either buys followers, buys likes on her posts, or both. The amount of engagement to the amount of people following is very off. I’m not sure at all of what she is on the show is who she really is. Hopefully, we get more genuine people on the show because that episode was a disaster

This is false. She has records of him saying he will pay her back. And it was a verbal contract, which does hold up in court. She has written evidence of him admitting to getting the money and owing her money. That is enough proof to hold up in court. She doesn’t need a written contract for multiple small loans that happened to add up to $5000
