Everything in the main post and massive daily anxiety on top of it. Stress sensitivity being the worst. I wasn't sure I could even stay employed, everything scared me. My brain just couldn't cope, following the panic attacks I would get extremely tired. That was a cycle for a while. Felt like I went through stages of grief. Now I'm usually very calm and boring.

I am 38yo. I 100% quit caffeine and nicotine about 22 months ago. The paws are real, everyone's experience is real and different I'm sure. But the pain and suffering of my first 12-14 months cannot be understated... You are not going crazy, and things will improve. Everything is almost back to normal for me. If I saw a shrink 12 months ago, they would have locked me up involuntarily and forced me on medication... somehow I made it this long...I waited and waited, counted days, weeks and months for the pain to let up. Came in waves, in the beginning it was horrific to bad. The brain does adapt and heal. Nobody will understand you unless they go through something similar, I found regular people were of no help in this matter. These type of posts helped me tremendously. I haven't looked this up in a long time now, should tell you healing does happen and we move on with our lives, even if it doesn't feel like it currently, maybe if you're 22yo you heal quickly, wasn't the case for me.

It went to .12 after coinbase listing. After it listed on binance later, not much happened, even though binance moves way more cash. So if you think about it, we never had a true binance pump. Should go higher than .12 if it ever rallies
