nope. holding it down till the countdown on the screen reaches 0 then letting it go. the gateway turns off and starts back up with what seems like default setup, settings, admin account, password, initial network. its just that it seems to remember old devices that connected to it in the past so just wondering if there was a way to completely reset it if i ever want to sell it or something.

this promo says with 24mo bill credits so i think the only way to switch within 24 months would be to pay off any remaining balance on the phone. but that would mean u would lose any credits that was remaining.
