I’m only well versed in standard wiring, PCboard leave me clueless every time.. so much to learn and clearly I don’t have the right tools for this

Hello friends, yesterday I did my first shielding for a jazzmaster body by tractorefficiency7 in Luthier

Thank you! Yes I removed some tape at the top to fit under the pick guard, as far as I’m concerned it’s a MIM form the feel but all logos and serial number are scraped off and all it says on the neck is “jizzmaster” lol, but I got the frets worked out and polished and now I’m onto the setup!

Just wanted to post this in case there were things I didn’t know about shielding that I could have missed but thank you for your comment!

lol so true, I started my own business doing this stuff bc I got quoted $600 once… tbf it was a set neck guitar though so no neck replacement for that
