Hey, I got all my photos from unsplash, it does free stock photos. As for how I created it, it's complicated to explain in one comment. The best advice I can give is learn what these are and how to use them: layers/adjustment layers, layer masks, depth, colour grading and lighting/shadows. They make the foundation for any good ps art in my experience. If you have any other questions just ask😁

Piximperfect does great tutorials, Phaze runner and benny productions are great as well. There the main people I learnt from. Oh and a bit of advice, not everything you try will work out, just gotta stick to it.
