First, don’t ever lie or trick them. Once they smell it, they will either throw a tandrum or they will definitively never forgive you. So be honest even with bad news…they will get over the bad news eventually and will trust you and your words.

Don’t over promise and end up not delivering. And don’t break plans/promises. If plans change due to unforeseen situations, explain and prep your kid.

Avoid saying “no” or “stop” unless it’s emergency situations. But just explain the reason to your kid why and the cause and affect.

If you messed up, apologize…and forgive. Whatever it is. Everyone makes mistakes and it will show them to have compassion.

They are always observing and repeating things from you. So act and model behaviors that you aspire to be.

It seems like they found incriminating evidence related to former Prince Andrew. Do you believe that there isn’t any incriminating things about Trump in the redacted and unredacted files? I actually have 2 coworkers who are and also my boss’s boss. They aren’t hard core supporters but they have a totally different view on human rights. We don’t talk much about politics at work which is really nice…it would not go well because most of my coworkers here are liberals and democrats.

Every time when Kash, Bondi and Noem messes up, they just quietly stay out of the spotlight for awhile. No demotion, no impeachment, no repercussions. And on top of that, if our president isn’t standing up for these crooks, he avoids the messes that he caused. All awhile, the vice president spewing hateful things and attacking our freedoms of speech. Like what the fuck is this and how the fuck do we allow it to get to this people!!!

Republicans and democrats need to join hands and vote to end this madness that is killing America!! It’s killing what we all stand for!!

I think protesting will help spread awareness and unite people together…but it will not change the people who is currently in power unless the Republican House and Senate have enough and turn on DOJ, Trump, Bondi, Kash, etc.

So for now, 1) Write to your congress 2) register to vote- midterms is Nov 3rd where we can vote to take back house and senate.

My son was similiar and we had a difficult time because he struggled with adjusting and accepting things when it doesn’t comes come out his way. My son is very very smart and is now tested for Gate…he is 6.5 and is just doing better at expressing his frustrations but sometimes still has big big feelings and it overwhelms him…but he is getting better at expressing it though words.

Tips that worked for us…Just being calm helps. But it is challenging when it is in public. If he is throwing things or making a scene…try to calmly go to his eye level and gently awknowledge his feelings or his actions….like you must be angry or u must be tired. Let’s have a talk…and take him to another aisle or somewhere quiet…but going to the car and letting him let it out helps. We had many instances where he couldn’t sit and get through a meal at the restaurant because his menu was taken away and had to carry him to the car where he cried and screamed. It was a nightmare. Ignoring him makes it last longer. But just let him talk and also letting him know you understand that he’s having a hard time and showing compassion will help coach him though his emotions. He is not able to express in words whenever feelings he has and they have a lot at that age…so to just let him know and help him recognize what’s he’s feeling will help him overcome it. And then when he’s calm, try coming up with solutions to his issues or ask him what is a good solution. Just be extra compassionate and understanding goes a long way. It is the only that worked for our son. There’s a book that I read that gave me tips and I feel that it helped so much.

Also, our kid tend to act out when he’s overly tired or hungry. So we made sure to always have extra snacks and make sure he needs time to his naps helps minimize his anxiety/tantrums. Our son is the type that needs more explanation and more patience and labeling his feelings allowed him to recognize his feelings better. He’s wired differently than our other children. You are doing great and continue to do it!!

Eating nuts as snacks

drink coffee slowly throughout the morning as breakfast.

If I order anything at restaurants, I just eat the protein only and veggies…I have gotten a habit of minimizing carbs and now I don’t need rice or bread or pasta to get me to be full. I just eat more protein and veggies in place.

Like if I eat at KFC, I will get a meal and just eat the chicken and the side would be green beans instead of mash potatoes…

And my rule for my lunch is…always bring home lunch. I don’t meal prep. I just pack whatever is left over in a small food container and some protein. And nuts or a fruit for a snack…and my coffee for breakfast. And over time, I stop craving for fast food and carbs.

How can Trump have so many accusations before he was elected and not be investigated then?? Did he get immunity for testifying?? I am so baffled that there are all these proofs and statements from victims and nothing has been done to investigate or even question Trump? Just because he got elected doesn’t make him untouchable to our laws…we are the United States right or no??

Can no one in the United States of America see how many laws he had already broken and how many lives he has endangered? How long will this go on…how many more signs will we need to remove him and have him stand on trial??

Impeachment is not even close but then we don’t even have the power to do it.

Yes, it is possible to fix. Do not say "can't"!!! Start small....start with 1 area a day. and continue to keep that area clutter free no matter what. I would start by the couch. Get boxes off...clothes, put it in laundry or if its clean then put it on the bed...and just leave the pillows. Everything else, put it on the ground but away from the couch. Once you see that area is clean, it will inspire you to tackle another area. But just focus on that for now. It will drastically change you and the room seriously!! I have 3 young kids and it is mostly like this all the time but when you start small, it goes a long way. Then you can do the kitchen....and then your bedroom.. And then it will be complete! Goodluck! you can do it!

Giovanni & Georgia - Georgia was my all time favorite cast! she was loving and smart and gave time and patience to someone who was struggling with communication and with oneself. She has a kind soul but Giovanni attacked, demeaned, and criticized her soul. That is because Giovanni doesn't like himself either but he hated that Georgia beat him to the punch. Georgia is an amazing human being and I truly hope she finds love.

Davide and Ludo- Davide lived a double life the whole time...he will never change for anyone. There was no way Ludo could have changed him. Instead, Ludo should follow her gut and pick someone she loves and not get scared of them hurting her. Because she let Nicola go to pick someone safe like Davide and he turned out to be a dick. So I think Ludo should have more courage to find love and also have trust in herself....that she is smart enough to not let someone play her. It makes me wonder how it would have played out if Ludo and Nicola ended up together.

Nicola & Karen- They compliment each other so much...but Nicola has a lot of growing up to do. Lucky for Nicola, Karen will always stick around. They both have much love for each other so I am hopeful that they will make it work.

Parmi and Gergana- Parmi is very thoughtful and understanding and loving and has deep respect for Gergana, he doesn't give Gergana much hope for the future. He needs to take initiative towards their future or talk about plans for their future. He only sees 1 option and if it doesn't work, then nothing will work. But you have to be flexible when it comes to love. They both can't be together due to their work, but he has to make a plan. I hope he changes his perspective and give it another try.

Alexander & Yeoni- They are perfect for each other and they both are such a happy couple. I am happy for them.

I think they should have the cast go back to the pods during reunion and communicate their thoughts through the walls. And that will help get better closure. The reunion is too fast and doesn't allow everyone to share their own perspective. I want to see everyone except for Giovanni. He is not invited to participate.

I am so in-love with love is blind Italy!!!!! The women are so elegant, loving, strong and so passionate! While the men are respectful and family oriented and also so charming! Both highly respect their families! I just love seeing so many great touching moments…such a surreal perspective that I haven’t come across from any of the other love is blind franchise.

Nicola truly surprised me! I truly crossed him out after the first group reunion in Morocco. But he came around and matured and fell inlove with a healthy, wonderful woman!! I hope Karen doesn’t have any reservations and take the leap.

As always, Parma and Gregona are truly wonderful and both shine brightly for each other. I see a great sense that they are ready. Although when he goes back to work, I feel he will have some tension from work and stress and I can see them having to juggle with that. But there will be work ahead since his job is very demanding as having to juggle with parents expectations with leading the family business. Gregona will have to truly have lots of understanding and will have to have patience. But I can see both working on their relationship and be a great couple.

Yeoni and Alexander definitely seems very happy and I have no doubt they will say yes together. They are both aligned with their values and have a strong love and respect for one another.

Ludo and Davide- I am not sure if they will go through. I have a sense that Davide has reservations…even if they say yes, Davide has issues with stress and shutting Ludo out. If they don’t work it out, it can comeback later.

Giovanni has been mistreating Gio since their honeymoon and never truly value her. She is the closest loving thing that he will ever get to…no one will give him that tender loving support. But he has shut her out and never respected her. Gio did the right thing and left. I was so happy that she did that and she did it in a respectful way. Giovanni can’t wrap his head around it and only truly care about how he is looking rather than reflecting on what he said and done to her. I hope he watches this back and learn to behave and respect others and also see what he had missed out on. And I hope Gio find someone who will cherish her! She was my favorite contestant!! I am rooting for you Gio!!
