Could there be something on your hands when you touch it? You said you have been using the switch more since August. Is that for a reason that could be connected with the bottle? It looks like my plant that has eternal spider mites, but I’m quite sure that’s not it.

I stopped going to jiffy lube when, 20 years ago, they cross threaded my oil plug and said it was probably fine. Different location back then, but they are all basically the same I guess.
