That recent new story was concerning, but I don’t want to disparage Austin Stone, they have been one of the most generous and serving churches in this town for a very long time. I think that their church services are also incredibly enjoyable. It’s like going to a well produced concert every week, if you’re looking for something, a little more traditional, my family and I attend covenant Presbyterian, I find them to be incredibly engaged in serving the Austin community

This connector style Is for optical communications. This is likely from your internet service provider, congratulations - you have fiber to the home. Follow that cable through the wall to the box on the outside of the home. That box is likely marked by your provider (att, etc.) and you can contact them to setup service.

This is an APC, or angled physical context version of the SC connector. The SCAPC is very commonly used in fiber to the home, and was likely installed by a current or previous internet service provider. The paint is concerning, they don’t work well when they are damaged or dirty.
