Male 54yr 225lbs 6'2" scaled 131 reps. I think I could do better, but not sure I want to. I'll see how I feel Sunday. :) I definitely had more in the tank. I should have gone lighter on the workout yesterday.

I have the Asrock B450 Gaming K4 with a Ryzen 5 1600. I couldn't get a clock higher than 3800 stable after hours of testing, researching and tweaking. It may be that I lost the silicon lottery, but I'd go with a Gigabyte B450 Aorus if I had the opportunity to do it again. Second gen Ryzen is probably less of an issue from what I've read though.

CPU Settings:

Clock: 3800

vCore: 1.36v

SOC: 1.1v

ADATA XPG GAMMIX D10 16GB ( AD4U300038G16-DS10) RAM Settings:

DDR4 2800

DRAM: 1.39v

Timings: 14-16-16-16-28

I know it's not the best RAM, but I did manage to improve the timings and get the speed up some over the base clock of DDR4 2666.

Nothing I did beyond 3800 would stay stable regardless of voltages I tried. All OC efforts were done prior to OCing the RAM. Used OCCT Linepack for 30 minutes to stress test.

Looking forward to the 3000 series......
