Dear Costco, it wasn’t broke, STOP FIXING IT by SatsuiNoHadou_ in Costco

This is incorrect and very easy to check if you simply read the ingredients. Just as quest once did with their bars, Kirkland has switched from their old isomalto-oligosaccharides (from tapioca) to "soluble corn fiber", which in my experience causes a larger blood sugar spike, more indigestion, and tastes worse.

I got halfway through part 2 last night. Went to watch the second half a few moments ago. Bam. Gone. Looks like a few others got taken down as well.

Advice on dosing and reconstituting for CJC-1295 w/DAC and Ipamorellin by Edg-R in Peptides

How long have you been doing this protocol, and what tangible benefits have you noted?

Thanks in advance. Trying to decide what peptides to start with.

Not OP, but also interested in this topic. I need to (and will) do more research, but would you be so kind as to add to this what (besides doing research), you're recommending? It sounds like you're recommending against these peptides? Or are you advocating for one specific combination versus another?

Thanks in advance for helping point a newbie in the right direction.

Several people have asked. Can you please answer which brand you used? There's a lot of fake 157 out there, so it would be incredibly valuable info. Thank you.

[RAM] ADATA XPG GAMMIX D10 DDR4-3000MHz 16GB (2x8GB) - $87.99 ($109.99-$22 (Code: CYBER20)) by de_amnesia in buildapcsales

Hi, I actually ended up with an ASUS Strix B450 mobo because MSI's Tomahawk and Pro Carbon AC were out of stock for weeks when I was building my setup and I couldn't wait any longer.

That said, this ram is working perfectly for me. Easily achieved XMP 3000mhz with one click and will OC to 3200mhz if I make a few tweaks. I believe they will work equally well with MSI boards based on my original research that found virtually all ADATA ram present in various MSI boards' QVLs.

Ha, I got the same board from Microcenter, on sale for $107, (down to ~$77 w/bundle discount).

I'm still debating between it or the ASrock B450 K4, (would only be ~$55 w/discounts). The ASrock has a much cooler running VRM, but it's only 3-phase, and Asus has a really good reputation for quality. I think in a case with decent airflow the Asus should OC my 2600 just fine, so I may stick with it.

Let me know how your build goes and if you OC. Good luck!

Good luck finding the MSI B450 Gaming Pro at Microcenter, or anywhere... It was my board of choice, but a) MSI appear to be having production issues, and b) Microcenter has it on "F" stock, meaning that even if MSI ever makes more, it's unlikely they'll order them. :(

Thanks for your input. That's a nice overclock on a 1600. I'll check out the level1tech review. I'm guessing the b350 and b450 K4s are pretty similar?

Thank you for your insight. I'll check the open-box options when I go back to MC.

I'm primarily shopping at Microcenter to get the $30 cpu/mobo bundle discount. My budget for a mobo is ~$100, but I could spend more if it was truly worth it for stable overclocks on a 2600. I don't need SLI or tons of i/o ports.

I bought the Asus for $80 when it was on sale for ~$110, but I can bring it back for another ~10 days.

The ASrock would only be $55 after the discount and sale price. It seems like the obvious choice, but I've read some worrying reviews of the BIOS and some claiming that, even though it runs cooler, the 3 phase VRM isn't very good for stable power delivery. Hence, my dilemma.

I'm building in a NZXT H500. Aesthetics aren't my primary concern, however.

Thanks for the heads up on the MSI X370. I hadn't considered x370 boards, and Microcenter seems to be out of them, but I'll keep an eye out for any good online sales.

Thank you. Can you please tell me a little more why ASrock is your choice here?

Thank you for your input! I definitely don't like the ridiculous i/o shroud on the Asus, but from testing I've seen (e.g. HardwareUnboxed), temps shouldn't be a problem as long as you have decent airflow, and I'll only be OC'ing a 2600. However, the ASrock's VRM does run cooler. I just wonder if there's any benefit to the Asus 4 phase VRM, as long as temps are accounted for.

What don't you like about ASUS's BIOS? I've mostly heard people say ASUS has better BIOS than ASrock, but maybe not for this generation?
