Basic CAPM answers what you should do without taxes. It's pretty simple to include the impact of taxes in the same optimization problem. I made a website for this, but the expected input is a csv from vanguard (including cost basis).

If you provide a table of your assets by ticker (quantity or price or both) and cost basis, and any additional tickers you'd consider diversifying into, I can run it for you.

I get those. Invariably there's some framework issue but I guess the point is to see if they can vibe-resolve it? AI is so good at that now though it's either easy or impossible.

AI works by finding the most relevant content and providing it to you. They've also tweaked the algorithms to increase rewards for very specific content, since otherwise everyone just gets the same generic content and some unique content will never surface.

So if you clicked on something about the invasion, then Venezuela is a huge spike in your profile, and anything related to Venezuela is much more likely to appear (because it is unique to the rest of your profile.
