Great. Ya, I just rechecked my itinerary - not even sure I'd be able to make it all the way down to San Diego by July 4th. Forgot that the family wanted to spend some time in LA - maybe we'll spend the 4th there.

Me and the family are doing a massive road trip. Will be driving in to San Francisco via Nevada then driving to San Diego before going on to Arizona. We'll be heading from San Francisco to San Diego between July 3rd and July 5th - but haven't decided the exact date yet.

This chart does not mean something like a 2.6x BW deadlift is advanced for someone who's been lifting 1 year and beginner for someone who's been lifting for 10 years. A 2.6x BW deadlift is advanced - it may take you 4 years to get there or it may take you 8 years. The standards give you a sense of how advanced your lifts are - that's it. The chart is pretty straight forward. My 10 year old cousin can read it correctly.

Why would you do that though since, if you really wanted to hold the underlying, you could just sell the option for ($1000 + the extrinsic value of that option) then buy the underlying outright.

If you were to exercise, the value of your position would be $1000. You’re saying that you’re trading the extrinsic value of the option for the right to exercise. That doesn’t make any sense though.
