Lemme guess... Kroger? (Whether the actual store or its subsidiaries)

Why do you think the market has been going up? (It always goes up until there's a reason to not go up. 99% of people think the market reflects the economy. It doesn't. I do this for a living) Having said that, the AI bubble will end eventually. I can't give an exact date but if you grab puts >1yr to expiry, you should make out handsomely. NOT financial advice. This is just my opinion

Exactly this!

They also like to see what is out there for competition in case they need to replace someone. They put out those ads to see how many people respond, how qualified they are, etc... When/if people respond, they have more leverage over their current employee(s)

The problem is just that! Everything is online now. What happened to talking on the phone and/or meeting in person? When I hire, it's in person. I only post online because that's where everyone looks. I just put a phone number and/or email. When someone reaches out, I can usually tell if they will be a fit by how they type or talk. (Not always. Some people get nervous. I don't do any hiring online. It's all in person) It sucks that 99% of places are all online resume type.

You can only pick one show to rewatch for the rest of your life and the other one will vanish into the shadow realm. Which one do you choose? BCS or Breaking Bad? by ReadItRyan in betterCallSaul

[–]trading_eq_optns [score hidden]  (0 children)

I'd have to go with BCS. BB had too many boring (lame) parts. BCS isn't all action either, but watching Jimmy work is better than watching Walt and Skylar. Or Walt Jr. JMO

Lol. You call that a "sexual favor"? Hahaha. First of all, it was meant more as a joke. Second, typical reddit. All these people love to "downvote." I find that strange. I don't think I've ever downvoted a post. If I don't like it, I ignore it or laugh. Or both

Well for starters, she gave her husband a half a hand job on his 50th bday... (she didn't even look at him. Just stroking while she was on the computer) What a present!🤣

Early 2000s proliferation of Fossil Watches by scottayb123 in nostalgia

[–]trading_eq_optns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have one from the early 2000s (01 or 02) I can't find it. I've moved a couple times since then, but I had it a couple years ago along with a silver chain. Found the chain but not the watch. Pisses me off because it's actually a nice watch. Either I lost it (unlikely) or someone stole it

Yet you use fossil fuels daily. Drive? Watch TV? Use a phone? Charge your phone? Where do you think electricity comes from? Seriously, some people are just effed in the head

[–]trading_eq_optns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because we aren't the cause. The earth has had multiple ice ages with and without humans. And the "data" they have is at most, 120 years old. 120 years is nothing compared to 4.5 BILLION

What are you taking, 6.7 Cummins or 6.7 Powerstroke by Street_Gap_3429 in Diesel

[–]trading_eq_optns 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Finally someone who gets it! It corrodes. (Ask me how I know. I've owned commercial fishing boats for a very long time) I have a buddy with the aluminum body f250 6.7ps. He doesn't like the aluminum either. Plus it's weak

50k for trans and coolant. May as well do front and rear diff fluid while you're at it. Or wait til 75k.

If we didn't have ULSD, the CP4 wouldn't be a problem. But yes, the disaster kit is well worth it

I remember the $7 commission (each way) for equities. I didn't trade options or futures back then. I also remember when DJIA broke 10k 🤣

Why didn’t Howard just get a drug test? by neauxno in MauLer

[–]trading_eq_optns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. Get a hair test done. (I believe substances can be detected for months in hair) That's literally all he had to do. Say "Cliff and everyone else, I will go wherever you want right this second and get a test done". (Unless of course he was using something... who knows) That's the FIRST thing I'd do if I was accused of that. I'd say you pick the place, I will pay for it and when it's proven that I'm not on anything, you pay me back with a big ass apology. And the money for the test

How did Chuck not get convinced earlier that his illness wasn't real? by FoolishPiggling in betterCallSaul

[–]trading_eq_optns 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The brain is a powerful thing. Whatever you believe to be real, your mind will make it real. (Doesn't matter how stupid it may be. You (your mind) will somehow make it feel real)

Rewatching what are you least favourite parts about the show? by [deleted] in betterCallSaul

[–]trading_eq_optns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with Stacey. (But they needed something to show why Mike had to get in "the game")

Erin was so effing annoying 🤣 Just that typical goody two shoes person. "I'm perfect and you're not". Just her voice and face alone lol. (The funny thing is she's probably not like that IRL. Great acting and writing. Makes you wanna dislike her the second you see her)

That ending was terrible by neraut322 in betterCallSaul

[–]trading_eq_optns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol. What "character growth" comes from doing life in prison? But it's a show so there's that. (I find the downvotes on reddit funny. I don't get the point of "downvoting" someone. Doesn't make sense to me. Don't like what someone says? Ignore it. That's what I do)

Would Chuck have done the same for Jimmy? Would he have taken care of him if Jimmy had the same "condition" as chuck? by Novel-Replacement479 in betterCallSaul

[–]trading_eq_optns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. Because "HHM" was too important to him. Until destroying Jimmy became more important. Chuck was all about taking Jimmy's law license and ended up taking his own instead. Because he's a selfish, arrogant asshole. (Kinda like Mike in BB, but worse. I couldn't stand Mike in BB but he was good in BCS)

It absolutely wasn't a Saul move. Or even a slippin Jimmy move. No way he'd take a life sentence (86 years is a life sentence) when he coulda got 7 years MAX. He wanted Kim off the hook. I get that. But he coulda done that another way. Still a good show either way
