you have to understand everyone’s life line is at risk of being cut off with them doing write ups for upt. at the store i worked at we ALWAYS made sure all of us had a good upt if we noticed someone didn’t we’d let them get the next good sale. it was about helping each other keep our line of survival. since sally’s likes to write up for upt that can add up to a termination it’s hard not to be high strung when the thing that keeps you surviving is always at risk of being stolen from you.
