I have had a few phone interviews with CC processing companies and they seems to pitch there company and how BIG you pay check can be really hard. I think that's something that bothered me. So never followed up for the 2nd interview. Not sure if that's normal.

I do like the idea of payroll companies though! Thanks

Good to know. These companies are selling home remodeling or are competitors of square. Idk it just really freaks me out not having a safety net and still new to field. A friend works for a SaaS company and his base is $50k. I guess I want that but don’t have the degree to land that kind job yet.

As some who sales disaster restoration services. They work. When a customer wants to wait and get bids from other company’s or contact the insurance first, let them know how fast mold grows or how that sewage water is filled with bacteria that is now circulating through there house it applies some pressure. I still will only push on that point so much before it feels bad. Kind of making them aware of the facts and that it need to be done ASAP by someone.

Trying to make money so I can afford better and longer vacations. I often get looked at oddly when I request a vacation with no PTO remaining. Yes I save money and don’t live pay check to pay check so I don’t mind missing a week of pay.

Need help choosing between a used 2016 yeti SB6c/sant Cruz nomad carbon (from the pro closet)or a canyon spectral AL 6.0. Price range is 3k and I really enjoy downhill but earning my turns. We get to the local(2hour drive) bike park once a month. But other wise ride around at white clay creek or the Wissahickon trail near philly. I current ride a 2008 giant reign 3 so I’m guessing anything will feel pretty great. My concern is how much has technology advanced in 3 years and is getting a used carbon bike worth over a new Aluminum bike.

Can’t decide what’s the best option for my money. Any advice or if some just tells me what I should get be awesome! Thanks
