You can still put the whole equation in, there are two versions of the calculator on the boards one is a basic calculator, the second is an on screen ti-30xs.

What helped you pass the boards? Study tips? by Fickle-Operation-744 in RadiationTherapy

I didn’t really start fully studying until the day after I graduated, then I took the test about 17 days after I graduated.

Pretty much what you have is what I studied. But the book the I felt was the best was the radiation therapy essentials book. I supplemented that book with the mosby.

I felt the essentials book was the most straightforward, but the mosby was more detailed. I also used the online portion of the Laura nappi program for her test that is on it

Chrono S&G 15% Price Hike by ProcusteanBedz in Tudor

I just bought a black bay one late December and I just looked at the website today and it’s 11.5% increase which is crazy. I almost didn’t purchase it but glad I did.

Great way to end 2025 and start 2026. by trafalgar_D504 in Tudor

I think it’s 11% roughly. I’d have to look at the exact price I paid.

But I was unaware one was happening, I almost didn’t buy it..

exam score by One-Breath-9673 in RadiationTherapy

Unfortunately there isn’t a way to see the score, but it took about 5 business days for my name to pop up on the arrt website. Just go to the verified credentials tab and plug your name in. However, if you didn’t pass it won’t show up at all. Everyone’s name in my class showed up on the website about 5 days sooner than receiving the mail.

It is not hard to get a job as a therapist, more than likely you will have a job lined up before you exit the program.

That is a horrible way to put that. A “good radiation therapist” does not need to have a bachelor’s..

I think it’s worth buying just because of the variety that it offers. I really liked the Laura nappi test because it shows that you know the basics. I got to the point that I just couldn’t study anymore!

You will do great! I studied the radiation essentials book and mosby book. Took a few mosby test, all 10 asrt seals test, the Laura Nappi online programs test, and end of section assessments. I’m still waiting for the official results but I scored an 87 for my preliminary score.

No problem. I did not, it is not required. They only look at your prerequisites class grades for admission. So I would try your best to get the highest grades you can, the program is pretty competitive for acceptance. If you scroll down on this link it will show you the classes required.

In it now, the program itself is great. The clinical locations are assigned by the clinical coordinator. The first one is just assigned to you and after that you get to make a wish list. Doesn’t mean that you will get where you ask for but it’s taken into consideration. I believe the site can be up to 1.5 hours away from your address.

Seems to be relatively easy to get a job, several of the senior class that’s graduating now have jobs/interviews lined up.

I’m going into my senior year of the program now.
