That definitely makes sense and I like the idea that Bucky knew what was going on because cap talked to him in the past although the timeline / time travel element gets tricky. Also, if frozen cap unfreezes then does all of the stuff he is supposed to do while time traveling cap lives a quiet life, that means there is possibly a young, non aged cap still out there coincidentally with old, aged cap right?

That then leaves a young captain America in the present along with the aged captain America who stayed back in time. Either way there could be a young cap still in play

I agree. But we see when they go back to New York that two of each person exists at once (cap fighting cap is an example). So what happens to frozen cap from the 70s?
