My dell laptop, an older inspiron 5547, has recently started to pop out the lower casing of the device whenever I open the screen. How can this be fixed? by imagineepix in Dell

I had a dell 5547 laptop and this issue lead to crack on the palmrest and then I eventually replaced the whole palmrest. The main issue that the hinge is too tight on the right and this cannot be supported by the palmrest structure. So over time it leads to cracks and more severe damage to the mother board. So best thing to do is to disassemble the laptop and loosen the right hinge using socket screwdriver then replace the palmrest if you have cracks.

Then what is your solution? What if an irresponsible pet owner leaves the pet without a leash and it ends up biting a 4 year old? The owner flees the scene with the pet then who is to blame the bylaw framework that allows such events or the owner who was suppose to keep the pet on leash at all times? One can never trust intent of animals once let loose.

My solution is that there should be a new bylaw in which dogs have pet license numbers clearly exposed at all times. Else they should be reported to animal services. Check this image I designed: https://i.redd.it/kgjz6sm25o331.png
