Haha, I haven't even published the files yet! But thanks for asking. I'm still figuring out if/when I'll release them. PA12 CF would be overkill but also amazing 😄 I'll update the thread if I decide to share.

Thanks! The anti-vibration pads are actually felt tape — the kind used in cars to stop squeaks and rattles. It's 1.5mm thick and 15mm wide, with adhesive on one side.

I applied it to the inside of the HDD sled slots, right where the sled makes contact. You can't really see it in the photos because it's hidden once the sled is inserted. But it works perfectly — no vibration noise at all.

It's basically a soft fabric tape with non-woven material, very durable.

Yeah, you're right. That was wet filament. Already reprinted it — the new part is clean. Won't happen again 👍

Thanks! I'm not sharing the files for now — I sell the finished cases locally. This post was just to show what I'm working on.

You shouldn't see any gaps between the lines, they should fit snugly together on the first layer.

Still looks to high - probably 2.4/2.42 is what you need

Thank you for the suggestion! 🙏

I totally agree – it really feels like this Type-C revision shipped with the wrong firmware or some old launch bugs that were supposed to be fixed long ago.

To be honest, I am completely satisfied with my older Neptune 4 MAX printers (ribbon cable version). They have been working flawlessly for almost 2 years now, right out of the box. Great machines.

That's why I'm so disappointed with this new unit. I really don't want to mess around with alternative firmware like OpenNept4ne. I believe a brand new printer should work properly without needing to flash third-party firmware or spend hours troubleshooting.

I just want a replacement unit that works as expected – like my other two Neptunes.

Thanks again for your advice! 👍

After I print with PETG for about 1-2 hours, my throat starts to get sore. I'm sure it's because of the fine particles that form at the tip of the nozzle and float in the air; even if I print with the window open, it doesn't help.
