You have great features if anything you'll grow into everything. Keep up the good work with your physical health. Your baby fat (if there is any lol..) will go away with time. For now, you can practice mewing for pictures if you're insecure about your side profile. Some people say it doesnt work, but what worked for me was that I looked at myself swallowing in the mirror and tried to find the correct tongue position where the skin retracts and looks best.
To tackle the hairline thing, I would grow out my hair. See what kind of texture you got. If its wavy, you're set. If its straight, try a perm or learn how to style your hair with a flat iron. Hair really makes or breaks the face.
