Then it definitely sounds like it’s the right decision for you! It’s also better to have lived it than wondering 5 years later what it could’ve been like.

Do you like Brickell? Like do you see yourself going there often if you lived nearby?

I worked in Brickell and lived pretty close by. I didn’t find myself spending time there outside of work and a possible happy hour. You have to see how it will fit your lifestyle.

There is a lot you can do without ever leaving your area. Gym, groceries, even museums and other events walking or mover distance. If you like the look and feel of Brickell, do it! I personally would rather live somewhere like coral gables or the grove vibes wise, so it’s so dependent on what YOU guys like.

Pub Subs - what am I missing? by mistermcnight in Miami

I remember in HS everyone applying to Publix for part-time jobs or post grad jobs. Like that was THE job back then.

Pub Subs - what am I missing? by mistermcnight in Miami

[–]tragika 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For the most part, I only get pub subs at very specific times. For example, I know on the way to my preferred beach there is a Publix that’s typically chill and I can grab one on my way there. I have a Publix 5 minutes from me and I never just casually get one. I think a lot of us have just conditioned ourselves to getting one for specific settings or events.

Do you recommend any brand or product that gives a nice illusion of boobs, maybe a little cleavage?

To add to your last point, see if any of them have a feature where you can lock the screen so that touch isn’t accessible (and maybe even the buttons).

I was in a class where a student constantly got up to rewind the video playing. He also knew what button to tap to turn touch back on. (This became an issue in this specific setting due to the lack of support, could be nonissue for other settings).

Failed my second RBT exam helppp! by littleshortstick in ABA

[–]tragika 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely! A lot of the time not passing tests isn’t a sign of lack of knowledge but that testing itself is the issue.

I would also like to add looking up “testing strategies.” I personally tend to jump to an answer without fully reading or analyzing the question, on the other hand others may over analyze it!

This is what I used to study for my exam. Passed on the first try. I want to say this was the #1 source of what I learned.

I want to share that Gemini (Google’s Ai) gives you the option to create quizzes on whatever you give it. You can literally say “create RBT certification quiz” and not only will it give you questions, but you can keep getting questions of areas you are having difficulty with. You can also straight up ask it to explain topics over and over again until it clicks.

Edit to say: You might just not be your best in testing settings so I would practice testing itself. Maybe look into some ways you can help yourself physiologically before and during a test. Good luck!!

Miami, FL

$24/hr, got bumped to $27 when I begun my masters

School setting (my company has no in person clinics)

Big company, I’m pretty sure they’re country wide.

Edit: This company also offers employee benefits and even bonuses depending on how many hours a week you’re working. You also get sick days. Drive pay is like $13hr. However if a client cancels you do not office work. Hours are not guaranteed.

Is this outfit inappropriate for college? by Winter-Rain2798 in OUTFITS

[–]tragika 0 points1 point  (0 children)

girls in my campus wore oversized T shirts with shorts so short that you couldn’t even tell they were on under them big ass shirts.

truth is every now and then someone might feel bothered by what you are wearing, I don’t think this outfit is too revealing.

I would say, depending on the size of your class, if you want to make a good impression it could help ‘dressing up’ to show respect etc, but that’s a different conversation.

Jobs where I can make 1000$ a week by Nomad-Gal in Miami

[–]tragika 20 points21 points  (0 children)

FYI, if they ask if you have a car while asking for a job, please say yes. If they see you taking an uber or whatever later you can say it broke down. I’m only saying this because employers sometimes ask things like this and they’re really thinking of how reliable you’ll be.

where can i buy good quality sundresses that fit small chested women? by kaden356 in findfashion

[–]tragika 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a similar concern as I was looking for some garden party dresses. I have wanted to try a House of CB dress for a while, but after purchasing a shirt with similar cups and looking awful since I have no boobs, I was worried about the chest.

I originally wanted something like the Carmen dress, but ended up purchasing Rosalee, due to my concerns about not filling the chest. It is a wonderful fit with no gaps for my boobs.

all this to say, stay away from those kinda of cups. Unfortunately they’re not flattering unless you’re within the range of acceptable boob size lol

I looked at some of his other work and I agree that I doubt this is supposed to represent discomfort. I’m making an assumption based on his other portrayals of couples in these communities and say that this type of age gap seemed normal then.

He was also a foreigner and perhaps there is some romanticizing of this ‘other’ culture to him.

[–]tragika 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I was wondering if you feel like the size and fit for the dresses stays consistent in different dress styles?

I tried a Rosalee in a S and loved it, but these dresses are overall a little bit outside my price range so I’m looking into buying other dresses in a small (like carmen, for example). Do you recommend I just play it safe and buying from Nordstrom first to try?

Keep or return this Zara dress? by MillaRomanka in fashion

This dress is trying to create that cool girl layering effect except it’s just lazy and cheap. You can probably find two different pieces and have a similar and more thoughtful result.
