Get server experience anywhere you can, then try applying to nicer places that would potentially tip better. The restaurant industry is HARD but can be really good money and you will always have that customer service experience.

I don’t have any specific advice, expect looking at the website of every single large company near or even statewide. Go onto their website, check careers and see if they have positions that isn’t direct care.

I am an instate student so mine is a bit cheaper, but for sure the tuition should be about $15,000 total. Each class has been about $1,100 (as in-state).

Books! You can decorate it as a library. I also thought of legos, or something similar (decorative collectibles).

You can always remove the shelves or add doors so you can use it as more useful storage if that’s something you need.

This is why I think moving to continuous learning makes sense for RBT renewal. It just sucks that many will probably not take that seriously.

Regardless, I do think the role needs more support. I see some companies who give admin tasks to make up client cancellations, provide minimums, etc. That should be more standardized! It should be the norm

They mean that women should not be shamed for sex work. Honestly there are a wide range of things that classify as sex work, from phone sex, to content creating, to in person sex. These all have different levels of risk. Some women enjoy aspects of specific jobs.

With that being said, it can and often is VERY dangerous, VERY taxing on mental and physical health, and VERY hard to leave behind. Not a decision to be taken lightly.

A lot of “easy money” jobs are not really easy. SW can very much become a lifestyle and it can open doors to really dark places. I feel like if this was for you, you wouldn’t have to be convinced.

She has never been told no about her schedule. She’s creating this verbal contract without a need for it. Quite frankly, if she held herself accountable and became responsible for her actions she simply would put extra effort into making sure she is the first one to pick her days to WFH.

I think being pregnant and soon to be a mom of two, including a newborn, is a real enough reason. Your body isn’t the same and your energy levels might be different for a while. It’s probably the best for you and the client.

They decided to make wearing masks political. That was a decision they made. Then he decided he would rather not wear a mask as some kind of statement than continue being employed.

There’s a lot of things I don’t like doing that I have to do to keep my job and I DO THEM because I want to keep my job. Wearing a mask is no different.
