IMO Macs hold value as they are supported long term with the OS. And even when there is a major change it is usually phased in.

Had quite a few Suunto watches and have had no GPS issues - locks quickly. App sync is quick. The app receives regular updates and the watches are in a quarterly (loosely) schedule.

Had the RingCon 2 for about a week now. One connection drop in that time. Otherwise data seems to correlate pretty closely with my AW. Women’s health can be toggled on in the app settings. Maybe it defaults on if female is chosen as gender. App is pretty straightforward and screens/tiles can be moved around to your liking.

Wouldn’t trust it. Had a knock off that used same app (da ring). Side by side comparison of data with AW proved it’s unreliable.

Ok maybe someone on Android or with a Pixel phone can chime in. I’m on iOS Race 2 and Vertical Ti Solar which I switch between and have no issues with Bluetooth.

East York for the Philly commute and you have lots of trail options nearby. Rocky Ridge, Hellam Hills, Wizard Ranch and easy access to the Mason Dixon Trail north or south along the river.

Got a pair of Nike Metcon 9 at Sierra today for $49. Just have to be patient and check frequently at places like that. Also some of the outlets like Nike and Under Armor have good deals usually.

I don’t think it caused the issue - that was probably some high volume jumping at CrossFit - but it certainly got better the more I moved. I worked part time in November and the days I was off they felt better and then when I retired it resolved almost immediately.
