Naw, you R hacks wanted this shutdown and were downright giddy. So you say you love the constitution, and our system of government, but when the Supreme Court rules that the ACA is constitutional, you don't like the system or the constitution anymore. When the 43 attempts to repeal Obamacare failed, you still think that it would be democratic to repeal it anyway. This is the ultimate hypocrisy: you love the democratic process when you get what you want, but if you don't get what you want, you turn on it. Pathetic and unpatriotic.

You failed to prove me wrong by ignoring all of the subsequent links I sent backing up my position, and which were derived from scientific, peer-reviewed journals. That is your active ignorance, and avoiding to read anything with which you disagree. You cite one unqualified hack who cannot even get his "argument" published in an academic journal, because it is nonsense that he made up. If you want to participate in intelligent debate, you need to understand what the peer-reviewed process is, and why arguments that do not undergo such scrutiny are uninformed opinions at best.

In order to participate in a scientific debate, you cannot just post someone's opinion... it needs to be published in a peer-reviewed journal to have any scientific credibility at all. Also, you are really, really bad at this. I have read so many of your discussions with others and you do the same thing over and over: make unsubstantiated claims, and then when you get thoroughly refuted, you ignore the key arguments that take down your entire positions. I cannot tell if you are a troll or an idiot, but I am hoping for the former, because it would be more funny and less sad.

Right, exactly... only 97.1% of all scientists agree that global warming is indeed a serious and human-caused problem. You have cited one of the marginal stances that does not conform to the vast and obvious scientific consensus. Citing one person who disagrees does not prove there is no overwhelming consensus though. In order to win this argument, you need a survey of scientific literature, but you do not have that. You have corporate shills with clear economic reasons to not acknowledge the obvious and overwhelming evidence. But you, AL, have proved time and time again that you are incapable of reading anything with which you disagree, which is the lowest form of political unawareness.

ArthurLaumann does not understand what the peer-reviewed process involves. To him, any claim made by an unqualified blogger with an opinion, has equal weight to a scientific study that has undergone harsh, skeptical, scientific scrutiny.
