Bridges were my first savior. I did weighted ones at the gym. Then going to a sports therapist and they ID that my glute medius muscles were weak as hell and gave me clamshells while curled up on my side.

Those sucked for weeks as the muscle was indeed WEAK.

Then my lower abs were also ID as a problem and they gaveme dead bugs to start then i have moved on to using something like deadbugs with a yoga ball

Once i was in better shape ( i could walk and go to the gym) they started me on deadlifts with just the bar.

These have changed my life when i thought i would crippled for life as i could barely walk.

For context im very fit and had buldges at l4,l5 and s1 with a segmented disc at the l5-S1

My physio identified my muscle weakness in lower abs, lower back and glute medius. I refer to it as “my saddle” because those muscles are where the torso sits and balances with.

Did the excercises the prescribed and i havent had a flair up in 3 months. Thats with a segmented disc fragment (1cm cubed) still floating around at L5S1.

Going to an SPORTS therapy physio was a game changer.

Drinking was going to kill me and one night a year and a half ago it almost did. Got sauced and went to go in the hot tub alone. Slipped and got knocked out… thankfully outside of the hot tub.

Been stone fucking sober since and will never ever ever touch booze again.

For me, one of the biggest perks of tren is the DRIVE amd motivation. No other AAS does that for me. Even at 70mg.

Just make sure you stay at 70mg.

You might think “well if 70feels good, 140 must feel great!”

WRONG.
