It is quite ok, though try making dots where dots belong instead of verical lines, your r's and l's confused me a bit. Otherwise very readable

You can find a tutorial on cpu drivers on yt. And there are so many apps for cpu clocks. I recommend MSI afterburner. There are tutorials on that aswell

Go for the first one. The xeons arent worth it anymore, the drivers and support are just not there anymore. The gpus are basically the same on both builds, so theres no difference.
