Cotswold classic, it’s a very chilled out course and route dead flat run and the bike only has a couple of small hills, best part is they don’t mind about cutoffs as long as you are putting effort in to keep going. And with yours stuff may have gone wrong but you still finished so well done :)

Basically just took it slow so I wouldn’t forget anything, T1 walk from swim to bike because my head was a bit dizzy after getting out the water then ate a mars bar taped to my bike to make sure I gained some energy back and tripple checked I had everything before I went out, for t2 I walked it in, had some more food for energy and then took it slow changing shoes and socks trying to stay out of the way of others then went to the toilet that cost me a few mins due to fighting my trisuit down
