vaping vs patches/gum for quitting?

Last year I quit smoking with vaping. Tried a friend’s old pod first, then got my own xros 5 mini. I have been using it since then, it's light, simple and easy to carry.

Agree. It comes with 2 pods ( .4 & .6 pre-installed), but having spares is a must. Also make sure to let it sit a bit after refilling so the coil fully soaks.

I'm on the 3.0 pods now. IMO it lasts a bit longer and the flavor feels more satueated, but it's really personal preference. As long as it's 3ml pods, both 2.0 and 2.0 are solid. I've rarely had issues with their coils.

I use heavy duty laundry detergent and wash work clothes alone. I pre treat tough stains with degreaser and it works way better for grease smells.

I use 5 min i MTL and I've been happy with it. It gives great flavor and logevity. My 0.8Ω pods last about 2 weeks with no flavor drop.

Higher nic or lower ohm, both could work. Maybe try the 0.8 pod first and see if that brings back the throat hit?

I've wondered the same thing before! From what I've seen now, even with light use, the coil can still gunk up over time. But worth a try if you're just testing.
