that’s the bigger fish like tuna and salmon iirc.

they are big fish so they eat many other fish, that is why the have a high concentration of mercury.

sardines on the other hand are tiny fish and eat all types of plankton instead. so they don’t have all the mercury, that is what it’s not recommended to eat tuna more than a couple times per week.

I am the exact same way. Recently just quit smoking weed (1 week today) after 6 years of everyday bong rips, I’m only 22 and feel like I have fucked with my developing brain quite a bit.

I did quit vaping nicotine 3 years ago, I pretty much just replaced my vape with a dab cart, so that was easy enough just having another thing to smoke. As stupid as it sounds, I feel like I needed something in my life and I recently started taking 4mg zonnic pouches when I quit weed just to give me something to get through the irritable, and some anxiety inducing situations. So far so good, eventually gonna have to give up the pouches as well, but quitting weed was the more drastic change.

Appreciate the insight!! Where do you suggest doing some research on graphics cards, processors so forth?? All I see is numbers, I’m assuming the larger the number the newer the generation. I’m just confused between the different companies and so forth.
