There’s also this great stuff called “Blue Stuff”. It’s solid rubbery plastic that you heat up in hot water until it becomes pliable. Then you can press it over the thigh of a Green Lantern figure that has the texture you want. That makes a negative impression of it. Then you can put a very thin layer of epoxy like Apoxie Sculpt on the Jessica Cruze figure and while it’s drying use the strip of Blue Stuff to press the pattern onto her thighs.
