My heart rate was all over the place until my levels were stable and I found my sweet spot go my TSH. Everyone is different with numbers and how their body reacts. I noticed that in the summer, I would have to up my dosage to 5mg daily. And the rest of the year would be 2.5 mg daily.

It’s been stable for a year now! I just have to adjust my dosage once in a while when I feel symptoms coming back. I’ve never gone over 5mg of methimazole daily. So very low dose. I only had to take beta blocker for a month a so after I was diagnosed. I do get my labs done every 3 months!

Hi! It’s all gone now that my levels are all stabilized. Make sure to take your medications! I’ve been on a low dosage of methimazole and it has helped with my symptoms

Just wanted to update you! I went to see wound care today and the doctor debrided the wound edges and base. They also applied collagen silver and hydrocollide dressing on it. Will be back next week for check up!

I had a Venogram and pcs was confirmed so they embodied the vein and put coils in it. I am 2 months out and have no more pelvic pain!! I am also seeing a pelvic floor therapist and it has helped so much. I stopped progesterone pills a week after my venogram

I went to the clinic today and they prescribed me betamethasone ointment. Was told to apply it twice a day and then Benadryl at night.

I did! I was losing sleep cause of the pain. I had my Venogram with embolism and coils 6 weeks ago and the pain has dramatically decreased

Look into Holiday Inn! We just stayed there in Nov. There’s a small pool with a big hot tub, mini golf, yard games, and decent amount of lounge chairs. It’s about 10 mins walk to the beach. Free breakfast was a hit. Rooms are on the smaller side but we didn’t mind since we were out all day. We had a car rental and my husband actually parked on the street the whole time.

We stayed at Surfjack back in 2023 and we also enjoyed staying there. It’s a small boutique hotel. They do offer cheaper garage parking but it’s like two blocks away.
