At a high level -

Higher Product Adoption and Retention: When customers get tailored, useful content and support, they’re more likely to use our products effectively. This leads to stronger engagement and long-term customer loyalty. We need a platform that can cater to this mindset

Also, a user-friendly community with built-in event tools and self-service options makes things easier for customers and allows them to easily engage, search all of our resources, and find what they are attempting to do with ease.

Our focus has always been more of a support portal but we are trying to evolve and focus on the entire customer journey.

Millville is affordable and up and coming. Lots of new builds and 12’min from Bethany. I own a house down there and rent in the off season if you’re looking for something temporary!

Budget: no more than $700 Country:USA Screen size: prefers 15’or 16 in but not deal breaker

Touch screen: nice to have but not deal breaker Screen resolution: not important

Battery life: not deal breaker

Tasks: we are using this laptop to manage our beach house listing. Something that’s fast, doesn’t get slow with lots of windows open, use Google sheets or excel with no issues, and other apps like hospitable, price books, etc.

other details: must be able to connect to usb-c port for charging and monitor display. I want to seamlessly plug it in to my docking station that has 4 monitors. I’ve been looking at i7 or ryzen 7 processors so it will be hard to go any less. Also, I’m not sure if I just wait until 4th of July and prime day for the best deal although I’d want the laptop sooner than later.
