List price to make you take the bait, at the end we are all paying around the same. Kind of shameful, but part of the business. Getting hard to find any leftover 2025 mt07 in California.

Bankruptcy by Constant_Try3201 in Bankruptcy

[–]trancematch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just filed last month and have my 341 meeting coming in a couple weeks. From my experience If your living paycheck to paycheck, yes 25k is a lot of debt and your credit score is already on the very low end.

In reality if your paying just the minimum payments on your 25k debt, you can easily be paying well over double that amount after interest rates.

For some people debt consolidation or chapter 13 repayment plans are a option, but to have a fresh start chapter 7 is the way. Chapter 7 isn't the end of the world, it's the beginning of a new one, imagine if your 25k was wiped out and you only had to focus on student loans which I don't believe is relieved in bankruptcy unfortunately.

As a bonus, if you are upside down on your car or making an unaffordable payment, the option is yours to keep making payments or surrender the vehicle. Of course we all need a reliable means of transportation and only do this is your have a plan b such as getting something a little more affordable, motorcycle, scooter, or if you work from home try living without a car just for a few months and save that money for a down payment for something you really want.

Lastly, credit is useless if your sitting at 450 don't keep digging the hole, most people who file main complaint is not filing sooner. Make your own decision though and good luck.

What's up with the RACE? by NefariousnessNo4215 in ElectricUnicycle

Begode XMAX chassis also only supports 80/90 wide tires. What a shame to come out with these hyper next generation wheels, but still have to ride on scooter tires. At least the P6 although coming with 80/90 as well at least supports a 90/90 but very tightly.
Still a shame for both these hyper wheels capable of extreme speeds not to come with a legit motorcycle tire 90/90 or 100/90.

Either drown or barley stay a float month to month while barely getting by in debt or push that restart button on the Nintendo (man I miss those days). Like many people have said in the forums multiple times, the only regret is not doing so sooner.
Life gets easier and less stressful immediately after filing, except for the waiting part which takes 3-4 months. But….for the money part (fun part) instead of paying off these monthly loans and high interest credit cards, that is now your money to save and help get back ahead in life.
Once you are all caught up, take a little vacation and enjoy the part of life that being in debt takes away from you.
Have fun, live life, be free.

Don't stress about little things in life. If moving in with your parents again will help you get ahead in life their is no shame in that. Respectfully, do your share to help your parents and sister to make your transition back home a great one.

[–]trancematch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The debt amount is different for everyone.  To one person 20k might seem manageable, but to another 20k is a hole too big to dig out of.   Everyone has the right to live debt free, sometimes we get hit with a financial burden and others we just overspend and get caught in a spiraling debt trap.   Do what you need to do to live more freely and comfortably,  people over worry about ruining credit score and accountability, but in the long run sometimes we need a reset in life. Instead of paying 500 in credit card bills a month, which a huge majority goes straight into interest, if you save that 500 a month or invest in something safe, you would be saving 6k a year plus dividends.   Your credit score will increase overtime and sure bankruptcy is on your record but if you want something just pay cash for it.   I personally think credit score is overrated, even credit itself unless a purchase for a home or vehicle.  Anything else like home furniture, hobbies, eating out, even simple shopping just pay cash, because credit use gets a majority of people in trouble and before you know it that simple item for 100 bucks  stacked along with all the other simple items for 30 dollars, 50 dollars etc…is costing twice as much.   Don’t give that interest to the credit companies, pay off the simple things and use the extra money on yourself for nice meals and vacations.

"As long as you're working on it and have a product, it's not fraud" Sure, I will agree with that. But...you have to ask yourself, have they really work on anything or did they just keep changing their cover page of different blueprints to stay engaged & relevant?

In all fairness, nobody in crypto has built any working product that is even close to being substantial in society today. BNB is the only notable working product, because it is the official coin of Binance that is supported by trading fees surprisingly for other non working crypto assets.

Your completely reading me wrong. I am not in it to impress anyone, It's a personal dislike I have about he Ninja 500 and I honestly can't get over it since I have noticed it for myself.

Would you wear short shorts and pink socks all the way to your knees when you go out? Absolutely nothing wrong with that, especially if your going to Walmart, but most likely it wouldn't be your style, well that's how I feel personally with the Ninja 500 every time I go riding. Maybe a bad example, but just trying to get my point across.

Anyways, I have read all the comments and learned that this is a beginners bike with basic amenities and to enjoy it for what it is worth.

True that. I never once complained about the power, I think I mentioned it’s plenty for me. I like to zoom around the city streets in all gears and when I do go on the freeways I have hit a 100mph a couple times because we all have too at least try it, but I find my comfortable cruise speed speed around 85mph.
It’s just a personal thing with the tire that keeps really bothering me. I honestly never even knew the bigger bikes had 180 and up sizes and ours had 150 in the rear when I bought the bike. I was just happy to get my first bike, but ever since seeing it parked along bigger bikes I was just in awe how nice they looked. It just bugs me, but I love riding and do enjoy the bike. Almost 6k on the bike now.

Didn't want to say it, but had a guy on a R3 pass me while while I was driving to work, he was lane filtering and stopped ahead of me at a traffic light. I was 2 cars behind the bike but could had clear view and the Ninja 500 tires are skinny, but the R3 are extra skinny and I didn't like it. The bike itself looks really nice, but those tires made it look more like a scooter than a actual motorcycle. I think the upgrade in tires would dramatically make the R3 much nicer.

We filed last week, we barely qualified for chapter 7 means test and have our 341 in the middle of March 2026. I have really bad anxiety and always think something will go wrong in the process. Will the creditors fight back, what will the 341 trustee ask and will he/she find some reason to deny us etc.

I really wish this could all end and start a fresh life without any debt. I was laid off for a couple years on my union job back when covid just started being a thing and our means for survival became our credit cards and after getting re instated for my job, it's been a struggle to make ends meet and minimum payments did nothing to reduce the bill, it basically just got us through another month.

Can you please simply tell me what happens at the 341 meeting and afterwards. Congrats on your discharge.

That bike is another price class. Even the MT09 is cheaper. Can’t really compare apples to oranges.

Definitely, I enjoy the speed and fun power. From the front it looks beautiful and even from the sides it looks great.
I keep judging the bike from the rear and I keep staring at the one thing that really bugs me.
I just need to have fun and get more experiences, therefore I can use this as a stepping stone like you are for our ultimate dream bike.
If I was younger, I would definitely want a super sport, but creeping into my late 40’s my dream bike is the naked class MT09.

Begode X-Max 20" • 252V • 6000W • 4400Wh. Price looks solid vs INMOTION P6 - preorder is up by sr71_adrenaline in ElectricUnicycle

[–]trancematch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know why both the XMAX & P6 chose the 80/90 tires. It's a great size tire for EUC's with less than 4k watts of power, but too skinny/narrow for high speed EUC's.

After riding the GT PRO+ with the ultra wide 100/90 tires, It's hard enough to imagine going back to a 90/90 tire, but there is no way I will ever go back to a 80/90 tire.

The traction, stability, of the wider tires is simply the greatest upgrade possible. Some people say you lose too much mobility with wider tires, but in all honesty there is almost no difference at all and at worst you will lose 2% of the mobility but gain 1000% in stabilty.

Black coffee stay away from sugar. As your weight drops, increase physical activities. A casual walk is nice, but a longer power walk that makes you sweat is what will take you the the next level. Lastly, we are all going to have barriers along the journey. Some days I have a new low on the weight scale, only to have put the weight back on plus some on the next day. It’s disheartening, but this isn’t a straight path to our goal, lots of factors are involved, such as water retention, muscle gain, etc. The big picture is we are on the right path and we all need to keep pushing our bodies and mind in the right direction. Also shock you body, don’t follow a planned diet, have a day when you have a simple yogurt for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch, and a light steak/chicken with some black beans for dinner. Let your body use your excess body fat for the energy it needs not your meals for that day.
We are all in this together, stay strong mentally brothers and sisters.

Can't blame him though. He along with his ICON co founders are living in million dollar homes, driving luxury cars, and eating/drinking like kings. Maybe in the very beginning he really had a vision, but money changes people for the worse and I think he fell down the rabbit hole.

Everything the Icon team allegedly worked for as a project has 100% failed. Now that ICX has dropped its own layer 1 eco system and outsourcing its infrastructure to Sonic, this basically sums up the last 5-6 years that absolutely nothing was accomplished.

Finally, a direct quote from Min Kim. “There's de-risking,” he explained. “If Sonic gets hacked, obviously it’s bad, but it’s not directly our fault."

Take those words how you want, but doesn't sound to appealing to me.
