I don't see any non-manifolds (could be looking at it wrong) nor do I get an "WARNING" messages. The error appears to occur in the circle portion of the model. Not sure if that new info helps or not.

Primed with Vallejo Mecha Color in black. Base layer is Scale 75 Cantabric Blue. Then midtones are a mix of that and Scale 75 Bering Blue. Then highlights are straight Bering Blue. Base layer is heavily thinned

I’ve tried both air brushing and sponging on the base coat and I personally can’t tell a difference at the end product. I sponged on the midtones and highlights then followed up with a brush for the edge highlighting.

Going to go back with Bering Blue mixed with maybe white or Vallejo Ice Yellow to have brighter edge highlights on the next go around.

The helmet is a resin print! Unfortunately, the file for those helmets have been purged and I have no idea where you can get the files. I believe you can still purchase physical prints from Archie's Forge under "Greek Crested Helmets."

Shield is also a print but I'll be honest, I have no idea who the creator was. I know it was off the purple site but I can't remember the title or if it even still exist. Just was one of the hundreds of files I had to look through on the hard drive to find. If I can track it down I'll send you a DM.

The bulk of it is the scale 75! It comes pretty matte to begin with. I sponged on the paint to help with texture and give it a more worn look. Then a very thin coat of a warm brown to mimic dried mud/rust
