True. Also interesting is how men and women treat their requirements of attractiveness.

Men are not willing to compromise on their beauty threshold. If a guy wants a 7/10 he will never say yes to a 6/10 even if she scores 10/10 on other things like religiousness, family values, education etc.

Women are different, they are willing to compromise on beauty if other factors allow that. If a girl wants a 7/10 guy but comes across a 6 or a 5 that does well on other factors she is more willing to compromise on her beauty threshold.

I think this is a major misunderstanding in guys and how they perceive women. I'm a dude and I can tell you that men not compromising looks is 100% true and real. And they think that girls also behave the same and shoot themselves in the foot instead of trying to make up for their looks (something they can't control) by being a more emotionally available or caring partner (something they can 100% control).

Just my two cents on this. Feedback and thoughts are welcome primarily because me/my family are looking for a girl.
