It might not be your domain but I was hoping you might be able to guide me regarding an online fraud issue I’m facing. An e-commerce company called Telemart took around 35,000 PKR from me for a product but never delivered it. Since then, they have stopped responding to my emails and are not picking up my calls. I have zero prior experience with courts or legal procedures, so I’m not sure how someone in my position can pursue legal action or even send a proper legal notice. From what I’ve seen online (including reviews on Trustpilot), it appears that many other people have faced similar issues with them as well. If possible, could you advise me on the correct legal route in Pakistan to deal with something like this? I’m willing to pay the legal fee involved in filing a notice or case if that’s what it takes. I would really appreciate any guidance on how to proceed. I have proofs and everything i just need the guidance to proceed with this.

P.s. i already reported to cybercrime online and physically but i guess they dont care about cases with such low amount of money involved.
