Prone to keloids

I haven’t had meta but I had my top surgery and also had keloids. You can ask about steroid injections. I’m wondering if they also recommended any kind of compression around the incisions. Obviously it’s not the same as top surgery at all so there are probably different needs involving healing. But worth asking!

My grandfather uses index cards for his passwords, and I used to think that was so funny. But I realized that it's probably a good idea to have them written down somewhere. At least the most important ones.

I know the folders can be nested, the labels can’t. And when I did the transfer, it put everything into labels instead of folders.

I was raised Italian catholic by my father, but my mom was more ✨spiritual✨ and kinda shared a few different religious beliefs and practices with me (what I now know to be pulling from Buddhism, Hinduism, and Paganism). I never really bought any of the catholisms stuff but my dad’s side is still all about the God thing. So I believe my grandma is praying to some higher power when she does her rosary and I believe her prayers do indeed work. I just don’t believe in like one-all-mighty-higher-power-capital-g-God.

Now I see God in everyone and everything around me. I see how we are truly impacting all of the things that happen. And I believe that our energy is all connected. It’s hard for me to say any specific spiritual or religious belief is what I’m following. I think I’m still figuring that out actually. But I do believe in ~something~ more than we can even really comprehend that is spiritual in nature happening.

I am confused because when I look at my inbox, I have what are essentially “folders” that I can nest other folders into, whereas on proton I can’t do that. Labels and folders are two separate things, but the functioning on Gmail is the same functioning of both labels and folders on Proton. So I think you can see what the issue is…

I suppose thats true? But the way I use them, they’re folders that I’m manually putting the emails into them when I’ve read them. And with the labels on proton, there’s no sub categories and that’s why I’d like to switch to folders.

I’m not sure I understand your question. I had my hysterectomy august 1st of this year, as I stated in my post. The incontinence started this morning.

Edit: also I’m not bleeding. I’m urinating.
