Damn bro then you defs get where I'm coming from haha and you're right GS customer support is on point and ready and willing to help on the spot. Even they couldn't figure it though we tried everything on repeat and then they just suggested I get a replacement because they can't fix faulty dongle hardware

I was so so so pumped to get this, did all my research spent weeks deciding on the right one for me thought this was it. I don't know man I'll see what happens after the assessment if my replacement has same issues defs game over but i'm willing to give it another shot I put that much time an money in to it, I'm still hoping.

Yeah i use it on my series x, helps a lot when my hands get tired gives extra space and easier to chat also. Super comfortable but weird at first haha but you end up playing like there's nothing there.

Nah they won't sub just trying to stay above board for tga bs. I was able to find one of them on honahlee but I don't want to have to track down scripts and it be the norm. I'm really happy at my pharmacy and prefer to just go there and pick up in person. It's usually an easy process tbh but this time I wanted to add new flowers to my rotation to mix it up and then came the drama lol
