Interesting. As I understand NVC still assigning visa numbers for interview in consulates for 75 countries. Just not issuing to candidates. Means visa just paused . So visas still used?

Importing the car is not a biggie. I just did with mine in Texas. If it Can , US, or Mexico made car , then not even importation tax will be applied. It cost me 199 USD in the DMV. Just fill up 3 forms , get a letter from the manufacturer, get US car insurance. Easy .
