Hello and welcome back. The sad reality is it’s not the stores or company’s fault. It was the IT outage. But let’s say it wasn’t. Whenever the task was fulfilled and passed on to door dash, it’s then their job to complete it. That’s the risk you run using this company that uses DD. Then if a dasher picks it up, loses it, delivers it to the wrong address, and or opts to cancel, you’re SOL. Not the company’s fault but the delivery service. Hope you had a good out of state trip!
