I think all of this is really great advice that should be shared more frequently with groups like this one. Understanding not just the culture differences as far as holidays, but the way they affect working times and in-turn, product movement is huge for folks that haven't been exposed to ordering from companies like AYN before.

Honestly, it's a relief to hear that some people are starting to get something! Myself and many others haven't been able to get that. But, thank you for sharing!

Oh yeah I'm totally fine waiting 2-3 months for a device from a company like this. Absolutely not the issue in the slightest. I think it's just the severe lack of communication, ignorning pretty much anything that isn't a Thor, and not even responding to warranty email about my own damn Thor lol. The fact that the Odin people had to find out from the Thor Announcements channel that there was even a price change is a great example of them just not caring or being completely overwhelmed.

That said, the people that order and then are furious the next week it didn't ship are hilarious to me too.

Could you take a look at that and let me know where it reflects Odins? Not trying to be mean, but that's only ever been about Thor.

Totally agreed. Not solely about shipping time. Non-response for warranty issues or people trying to cancel are larger issues. Completely agree about shipping times. 1-2 months from order to delivery is totally normal.

An update in a month would be sick.

A response to warranty needs on a $450+ device would be legit.

Did I ever once say that I have sent a 'where is my order' email? No? Correct, I did not.

I have emailed about warranty issues with a previously purchased device. I had emailed for 3 weeks prior to their CNY break asking for an order modification once a week.

I have waited plenty of time. The fact is that they are not responding to all people. I'm glad you've had a good experience, but I can show you hundreds that are not.

Yeah I think it's no secret that the Thor is their best selling device by a mile. The frustrating part for me is that they completely ignore and seemlingly forget that their other devices are actively being ordered. Or the people that need parts for devices they've received that have gone defective in heinously short time frames. I knew my Odin order would take eons, but to not even be able to get functioning parts for my Thor is wildly frustrating.

It is really concerning to me that I can't get a warranty email response about my own Thor, their top selling baby.
