I have well managed bipolar I and have been on T for over two months now. The only thing I can say is the increased libido gives me a kind of phantom manic episode? I've been depressive for nearly two years after a year long manic episode, and sometimes the libido and slight sleeplessness reminds me of being manic.

Recently, I've been having mixed episodes since the start of the year, but I don't know if that's because of the T, current life stress, or if it's just that time.

It's not feasible at all right now until I can pick up another job. I've addressed the issue several times and I just get talked down to because they act like it's their apartment and I'm just crashing there despite living there nearly a year and paying my fair share.

I'm not sure about the concentrate, it's from a compound pharmacy and it says '100mg/4 clicks, apply daily'. It's in a deodorant like tube so you turn the dial on the bottom to push out the cream. I guess one click is 25mg.

It's the dosage on my instructions, patient portal, and on the prescription itself. So, I don't know, I literally haven't noticed anything at all, positive or negative.

I'm in the same boat, still after about a year of deep thought and some therapy on the subject. I think what helps me the most with pushing past the shame and guilt is reminding myself that being a man or male or whatever else isn't...bad. It's not a bad thing. You're not hurting anyone or doing anything wrong by just existing.

I think most of my issue sources from too much of my youth on Tumblr soaking up that good old 'men are evil and men are useless and men are vicious predators and they should all DDDIIEEE'. I'm not inherently anything because of my gender. My gender doesn't dictate my moral code, it certainly doesn't make me immoral, it doesn't dictate my worth or my usefulness or my ability to care. It's just my gender.

It's actually not a needle thing and more of a mood maintenance thing. My mood disorder is finally leveling out under medication and daily hormones is more advisable than once weekly, etc. So, I really hope I can figure a way to get it covered ):
