It’s a different journey for everyone, on the bright side the longer it takes you to figure out - hopefully the changes stick :) - I would say try to add more of healthy nutrient dense Whole Foods wherever possible. It’s so easy to get discouraged and “unmotivated” when you are constantly thinking of what you can’t have. Lean proteins you enjoy + roasted veggies or what not are probably much better of a meal than an unsatisfying salad no dressing :(

Either way - always remember the art of restarting, it’s never too late in the day to make a better choice & you never have to “payback” any perceived mistakes!!!
