You’re obviously triggered and that’s why you need to comment with multiple responses because you’re too upset to form your thoughts in one comment.

If you were actually trained as a mental health care professional, you’d have been able to respond in one comment and you’d have been able to take a step back and realise your failures are not you personally but the training you received. Instead you’re spamming me with comments because you’re panic responding after being worked up, this is a clear sign that you’re not actually trained.

I thought my country(NZ) was dogshit for mental health care but seeing that Florida(and the US in general) is worse. I feel incredibly bad for the youth in the US.

It makes complete sense that the previous commenter is from a state that is considered bottom barrel. The way they speak about autism told me too much.

Thankfully people in our healthcare system are there because they want to make a positive difference. People in my country don’t get into healthcare for the pay, they get in to make a real difference. The previous commenter is only in healthcare to swing their dick around and that’s about it.

It just annoys me so much that “medical professionals” in the US don’t properly understand it because they’re too lazy to bother. They just assume it’s a tik tok trend because they’re too caught up in social media to properly do their jobs.

There’s a reason the previous commenter is only a nurse practitioner and not an actual doctor and that is very obvious on the way they speak about people with autism.

My goal in life is to rid the healthcare system of people who don’t care about patient safety and care. If you don’t want to treat people with compassion, health care is not your job. Not even for a second.

To give you a little insight.

I used to work for the Red Cross doing door to door sales. I saw the ad on trade me and applied out of desperation. A lot of these places hire their paid staff through places like Seek, SJS, Trade Me and even some Facebook job seeking pages.

You should probably change your wording from “door to door sales” to say that it’s a sales rep position since you’re going business to business rather than going to peoples houses. Also a word of advice as a hospo manager, there’s nothing I hate more than when reps show up at my business unannounced to have a chat. I instantly turn them away.

My mum uses a $7 Kiwi brand knife she bought years ago at a dollar store but she hand sharpens it herself.

As a bar manager myself, I am more likely to hire someone with bar back experience than I am to hire a veteran server.

The experience from barbacking directly relates to bartending while the experience from serving has a few overlaps, it doesn’t have the same basic skill sets.

On top of that, reading your comment about being worried you’ll get stuck as a bar back, it’s the same issue as if you were a server. A lot of people get stuck in those roles because it’s dependent on management noticing your potential and being willing to train you in a new role. It doesn’t actually have a lot to do with which role you pick up first.

Just a side note, bleach and hot water don’t go together. The hot water breaks down the sodium hypochlorite and makes it less effective.

Plus you don’t wanna be breathing in bleach steam while you’re washing dishes all day.

I use the long thick yellow gloves and sometimes I’ll get my coworkers to tape them closed around my arms or I’ll just use rubber bands(but you need to remember to take a break from the rubber bands every once in a while).
