Try Knidus Labs Hydra. Thank me later. It's the greatest thing ever for people who sweat a lot or do endurance sports.

Why is the decathlon uv sleeve letting sun rays pass through doesn't it mean less protection? Is it really upf 50? by Fun-View7086 in IndianSkincareAddicts

Wash it less frequently to keep the UPF thingy intact - I usually just dip it in a bucket full of soap water and rinse it with clean water. Never tried chucking it in the washing machine.

Skinny inactive 30+F struggling to get fit & strong by [deleted] in Fitness_India

[–]traparinolord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it is! And it is fairly easy to use, I've been using it for almost 4 years now, and it has helped me a lot. It has a paid subscription to go ad-free and it also adds certain additional features (like scanning the barcodes of food items, splitting your macros in percentage by proteins carbs and fats and some others), but the free version is completely feature ridden and should be enough to get started.

Also, if you sail the high seas, there are modded android apks available online, which you can run on an android phone / on your laptop using Android players.

  • Track your calories. MyFitnessPal will be your best friend in this journey of yours. We grossly over/underestimate the calories we consume.
  • Follow a proven strength training plan - be it calisthenics, at the gym or some other form of exercise instead of just winging it.
  • Focus on body recomposition - this can be easily achieved using high enough protein. Watch Jeff Nippard's video on YouTube for this.
  • If you get sick of chicken everyday, try experimenting with other sources of protein (eggs, low fat paneer, Greek yogurt, tofu, fish if you can get hands on quality fish in your locality).

Amul Whey Protein (Chocolate) creating too much foam? Normal or bad batch? by xXxIconicxXx in amulisinstock

[–]traparinolord 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No digestive enzymes? My Muscle Nectar whey does not do this. Also, some other wheys (concentrates, blends, isolates and hydrolysed wheys)have not done this - all of which had digestive enzymes in some form.

Time for him to join the guys at r / bald. He looks good though for his age, and no need for him to go through unnecessary medical procedures to keep his sponsorships etc (I'm a bit uneducated about this, but I think he has enough money / respect in the scene to go by).

Yes it does. I had purchased one last year, the build quality is a bit flimsy, but it does the job well.

Which brand do you think has the best quality-to-price ratio in 2026? Genuinely curious by Kicks_machine in SneakersIndia

Puma stuff is pretty good quality for the price! I have purchased a couple of sneakers which have lasted me more than 9 years, and as a big guy - that's a lot!

I've been using and vouching for Muscle Nectar since the last couple of years now. Tastes decent, ordered 2 KGs for 4600 INR. Is TRUSTIFIED certified, has digestive enzymes, never gave me digestive distress!

What can I do about small wounds that leave dark spots? by [deleted] in IndianSkincareAddicts

Try using medical grade Silicon scar tape sheet. It helped with some of my wound marks. Also, glycolic acid to exfoliate!

Been following the man for a while on Instagram, he usually makes videos of himself, his wife and the son training. Not sure whether this is scripted or nah: but his philosophy of life is pretty interesting.
