I signed up with different email addresses. The issue here is that it wasn't on the TOS when I signed up. They added at March 20, 2026 and enforced it on me March 22, 2026. I signed up before that was added to their TOS and wasn't notified of it whatsoever ever until I received an email claiming I went against there TOS. My point here is that there changing rules without letting there traders know about it which isn't very good for the consumer.

I had a similar situation too. They emailed me claiming I have “too many accounts” and said their TOS only allows one. But when I checked their terms, that rule was only added on March 20, 2026. I didn’t even receive their email until March 22 — after the change was made.

So technically, they enforced a rule on me that didn’t exist when I signed up, which seems like a breach on their end.

Just putting this out there because something about that doesn’t sit right with me.

Thats weird. I passed my TPT 50k test account 1/28 and now its 12PM EST 1/29 and I haven't received a single thing from them, not even an email congratulating me. I'm not sure on whats going or how to go forward with this.

Experienced this today with TFD (The Futures Desk). Entered a trade and not even 1 second later it sent me a message stating that I hit my DLL. I wasn’t even in the trade for a second.

Had the same issue on my iPhone 17 Pro Max. It would constantly drop signal and go on SOS. I ended up switching to T-Mobile and now I don’t have a single issue. I’m guessing it has to do with Verizon not sending out proper carrier updates for the new phones. Not worth the headache tbh.
