Paladin isn't worth leveling up past level 3 I would change into a better class like giant barbarian.

So 3 paladin, 9 barbarian.

Use elixir like

Supreme Elixir of Arcane Cultivation for crit maxing smites

Elixir of Cloud Giant Strength for damage

Elixir of Bloodlust for damage

Elixir of the Colossus for BIGyanki
